Preparing motor to mount to the bike. I bought 4mm stainless still holder for the motor in local hardware store. Bolts are remained from old connection of disc brakes.
I have to adjust chain length to make motor and sprocket perfectly connected. Motor has small sprocket on its shaft 11 tooth.
Disc brakes on the front wheel.
This brake disc is to be replaced with the sprocket (tooth 68).
Close-up for the mount shows how easy to change the disc for the big sprocket. I am going to take it off now. 6 bolts hold the disk and only three of them I will use to tight the sprocket.
From this side you can see where I can mount the big sprocket.
Motor and sprocket already placed on the bike. The sprocket was set on three bolts, which were tight very hard.
And finally all set - the bike gone electric. However I have to add chain damper to prevent chain noise and loose.

Final look for the rear wheel with the motor before drilling the holder.

The electrical part is still in progress. Controller was taken from old inflatable scooter as well as grip. It can operate 24V DC motors in 60A range.
